Thanks ;)

Guessing the same would apply to the 790?

Hi Bidello,

For the W1100 in waves definitely the 82cm.  The extra length will give you more clearance for the wingtips when carving.

I have tried giving the 91 a chance with the W1100, but I just do not like it.  It is way to flexible for me.  I really need to change my riding style to make it work.  I much prefer the 82.

Right, thought I'd ask this here, if it belongs to a different section, admin please move it as you see fit ;)

Was wondering about the new 72 and 82 Moses masts. No questions regarding why one would prefer them to the older 71 and 91 - they're designed to be much stiffer than the previous versions, owning to different sizing and layup.

My question is: which would be the best size to get for a dedicated wing foil SUP board (keeping in mind I already have the 91 mast for kiting)?

72cm or 82cm? I do have a W1100 and S450 already.

Intuitively one could say that the 72 would be useful in shallower waters. But to be honest I think the 82 would be a better option to have, especially in waves.

With the older masts like the 71, of course that would be preferred over the more flexible 91, but with the newer construction both the 72 and the 82 are supposed to be much stiffer, so I cannot see the benefit of having a 72.

Another thing one could say is that the 82 is too close to the 91, but as far as I understand it wouldn't be a good idea to have the w1100 on the 91 under a SUP board.

All this comes from somebody that has got zero experience with wingfoiling ;D

So please share your thoughts  ;)
