That's than number I was looking for... 20%. I've been working on a wing harness but only have memories of seat and waist harness' from when I kited from 2003-16. I can add a hot tip: Cynthia Brown has tried a number of loops and concluded 'the softer - the better'. She has talked of the loop slapping her face like a Deacon's cane. But, she wings at a different level than most mortals.

If one of you have kited, (I know Dwight has.) can you compare the 'pull' of a wing versus a kite? Also, does it 'pulse' (wanting to pull you off-center) in gusts? Thanks.
The pull of a wing is way less than the pull of a kite! It feels like maybe 20% of the pull of a kite.
My 6m is pretty calm. Thats why it feels comfortable to ride it hooked.
My 4m needs and creates less pull but this one is way more nervous. Thats why using a harness is not needed and it does not feel as natural.

' Good example, stenninger.

I'm using a harness with my 6m wing but not with my 4m.
It works pretty naturally .

Thinking I might try this but not sure how to attach the wing and harness. Anyone made a video?
