Title: Upwind Technique

Any tips on riding upwind.  For whatever reason I am terrible riding upwind.  I've watched other riders climb at a high angle.  I try to copy their style but no luck.  I can gybe.  Frustrating losing ground when wind drops off.  Appreciate any tips. 

Current gear: 130L Fanatic Sky, Moses 1100 hydrofoil and Duotone Echo Wings.
