Hello,
I'm new to wingfoiling and I've recently bought a beginner set. My first time foiling but I do have experience in watersports. Really loving the feel of wingfoiling so far! For now I'm on inland water to get the hang of it. With decent wind I can get on foil and cruise around. When there are lulls in the wind I often slow down to much and I go of foil. Pumping the wing a bit and the board helps but I'm not efficient in this. And I was wondering if I should point more upwind in the lulls or go downwind? And are there any other tips to stay longer on foil so I can connect better to the next gust. Hope to hear your tips, thank you :)

All of above: pointing up wind when powered, down wind in lulls, learn to pump foil - that really helps to connect gusts.
