I'm 85 kg. I started on the 125 ltr version of that board, but with GoFoils (Maliko 280, 200 & IWA) so can't comment on the foils you've listed. I'd say the 110 could be a good starting board for you as long as you have some experience with either SUPs, kite/wind foiling, snowboarding, wakeboarding or even skateboarding. Could be a tad small as a first time board if you have zero watersports experience. You won't grow out of it in a hurry!
What's the wind like in your local area? The 4.6m will need at least 15 knots to get you going - some people can get going in 12 knots with that size wing but be warned, they are GOOD, and usually have lovely glassy conditions. Mushy, choppy conditions makes everything harder!!!!
